- You may use Paypal or a credit card to pay for your purchase.
- All of our items are handmade and/or handcrafted in the US by us.
- Your privacy is important to us. We will not use your contact information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or issues after you receive your purchase, please contact us with the contact form or artaltered.eclecticelements@gmail.com. We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
- We accept returns and exchanges. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise and return the items in new condition within 30 days. A refund will be issued when we receive the product back in new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping except in cases of an item damaged in shipping or if the incorrect item is received. Please purchase delivery confirmation for your return.
